In line with our commitment to developing and nurturing talent, we recently held the first meeting of the 2026 Internship Program, bringing together approximately 100 interns from different areas of the company.

This initiative is part of a structured development journey for participants, which began last year and will include additional sessions throughout 2026. In this first stage, the theme “Strategic Connection: The Art of Influencing with Empathy” encouraged reflection on communication, professional growth, skills development and value creation in the corporate environment.
