During Interspill 2025, OceanPact and Agile Spray Response formed a strategic alliance to develop environmental emergency response solutions, with a focus on aerial systems for applying oil dispersants.

The agreement combines OceanPact’s expertise in supporting environmental emergency response operations in Brazil with the cutting-edge technology of Agile Spray Response, creator of the Agile Convert Spray System (ACSS) – an internationally certified modular system that allows the rapid conversion of cargo aircraft, such as Boeing 737 planes, into aerial oil dispersion platforms, ready to operate in just three hours.

The initiative aims to identify and structure opportunities to increase oil spill response capacity in Brazil and other strategic markets, with operational efficiency, flexibility and agility.
