OceanPact participated in the technical activities at Macaé Energy 2025, on July 1, reaffirming itself as a leader in innovation, environmental protection and maritime services. Representing the company, Commercial and Marketing Director Érik Cunha presented the solutions offered by OceanPact Digital, a platform that was recently recognized internationally with the Innovation of the Year Award at the 2025 OSJ Awards in London.

During a panel discussion called “Offshore Stewardship,” Cunha highlighted the strategic role of technology in environmental and operational monitoring, ranging from risk detection to decision-making support.

“OceanPact Digital delivers real-time intelligence, connecting environmental data, telemetry, onboard images, and meteorological and oceanographic information in an integrated digital environment. This allows us to anticipate risks, support operational safety and raise the level of environmental protection in Brazilian offshore operations,” the executive said.

The panel was moderated by Leandro Luzone (IADC Brazil Chapter) and included Carlos Machado (ABS Eagle), Mariana Colaço (Petrobras) and Vinicius Patel (Port of Açu) in a debate on best practices, maintenance, decommissioning and technological innovations in the offshore environment.
