OceanPact was recognized among Vast Infraestrutura’s suppliers with two 2025 Vast Management Awards. The company achieved first place in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Sustainability categories for its social initiatives. The ceremony took place in Rio de Janeiro in February, when the company received both gold trophies.
This result marks our sixth recognition from Vast Infraestrutura in OHS, including four first-place awards, reflecting our ongoing commitment to a strong safety culture and operational excellence at port bases. The trophy was received by Jorge Elias, operations manager for the Port Oil Spill Response Area.
In the Sustainability category, we received our first award, based on our Acceleration Program, an initiative led by the Corporate Sustainability Area in partnership with the Ekloos Institute. This project supported the development of three organizations backed by the company: the Urban Sea Institute, Marulho and the Include Project in Petrópolis.
This recognition reinforces the strength of our sustainability and operational excellence strategy, highlighting OceanPact’s commitment to the continuous improvement of OHS practices and to generating a positive impact for society and the environment.
