International Women’s Day at OceanPact was marked by the exchange of experiences, reflections on careers and space for new stories. Held on Thursday, March 5, our special event began with an OceanPact Talks session dedicated to sharing experiences, opportunities and career challenges, followed by an exhibition titled Female Spaces, featuring photos of female employees engaged in activities in which they excel outside their professional lives.

The OceanPact Talks session brought together Roberta Oliveira, our executive HR manager; Lizangela Peçanha, ROV pilot aboard the vessel Parcel das Timbebas; Beatriz Giacomini, head of communication, strategy and institutional relations; and Deborah Feijó, speech therapist and communication consultant. The session was moderated by our marketing and communication manager, Sabrina Netto.

“We created this special session for the date to encourage reflection on women’s communication, opportunities to speak and career development. It was a rich exchange among outstanding female professionals, who discussed training and empowerment, as well as their challenges and trajectories,” said Netto.

To end the day, we held an exhibition featuring beautiful photos submitted by our female employees, revealing talents and interests that are part of their lives, including judo, hiking, music, other sports and artistic expressions.
